• Conduct detailed mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify clients' needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with individuals to create comprehensive and culturally sensitive treatment plans that align with their goals, strengths, and backgrounds.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across various formats including individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services and coordinate with other healthcare professionals guaranteeing continuity of care for clients in acute distress.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with local and federal regulations as well as clinic policies.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, empowering them with skills and knowledge to manage conditions effectively.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure multifaceted support for our clients.
• Assess and evaluate treatment outcomes continuously, making data-driven adjustments to enhance effectiveness of care.
• Stay abreast of current mental health research and emerging treatment methodologies, integrating new findings into your clinical practice to enhance service delivery.
• Uphold ethical practices and the confidentiality of patient information at all times, fostering trust and integrity within therapeutic relationships.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required for this position.
• Possession of an active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of forming rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Experience providing trauma-informed care or working with patients who have experienced significant life stressors.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth services to deliver care effectively in a remote setting.
• Proven success in implementing evidence-based practices in a clinical setting.

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
