• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify client needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, addressing specific goals and cultural factors that influence their mental health.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across diverse therapeutic settings, including individual, couple, and group therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients facing acute distress, ensuring they have access to immediate support and resources.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with both organizational policies and relevant regulations.
• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with tools and strategies to enhance their mental health and well-being.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers—to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care tailored to individual needs.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to gauge effectiveness and make necessary adjustments, keeping the focus on client progress.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and innovative practices in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic approach.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all client interactions, ensuring a trusting therapeutic environment.

You will work primarily with a diverse client population, including individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. • A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health counseling setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ideally with a background in trauma-informed care.
• Experience working remotely, utilizing digital tools for telehealth and client management.
