Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients, developing individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and circumstances.
• Provide regular therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based techniques and methodologies to address mental health disorders and substance use issues.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Engage actively in staff meetings to collaborate with team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage a robust caseload, effectively prioritizing clients' needs and coordinating their care with other healthcare providers as necessary.
• Assess and diagnose a variety of mental health conditions, adjusting treatment strategies as appropriate based on client feedback and progress.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active LMFT license in the state of Oregon.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
