What are some unique challenges of working in a remote neuroscience role?

Working remotely in neuroscience can offer flexibility, but it often requires you to manage complex experimental data and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across time zones. Effective communication and strong organizational skills are crucial for keeping projects on track without face-to-face meetings.
