• Conduct culturally sensitive strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities that address the unique requirements of each patient.
• Manage administrative duties with precision, including billing, documenting progress notes, developing individualized treatment plans, and completing insurance authorization forms in a timely manner.
• Develop crisis intervention plans, safety and relapse prevention strategies, and wellness initiatives to promote stability and improve mental health outcomes.
• Create discharge plans with appropriate follow-up care to ensure seamless transitions for patients returning to their everyday lives.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies, at both the federal and state levels, to ensure compliance in every aspect of the healthcare process.
• Continually enhance professional competence through dedicated training and continuing education, reflecting our commitment to lifelong learning.
• Engage actively in case consultations, contributing to group discussions that elevate treatment standards across the organization.
• Complete all licensure obligations and mandatory training, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base about mental health practices and legal requirements.

This role is fundamental in supporting diverse patient populations, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial issues. • A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that meets state licensing requirements.
• Licensing as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Georgia is mandatory.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery or remote counseling will be considered a significant advantage.
• Previous work in a multi-disciplinary team setting focusing on mental health care is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms is preferred to enhance efficiency in service delivery.

• Annual salary ranging between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000, influenced by the level of licensure and relevant experience.
