This role is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions without the constraints of a physical office. The flexibility of this position enables you to manage your schedule while providing invaluable mental health support.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine individual clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy through virtual platforms, employing various therapeutic modalities to suit the unique circumstances of each client.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients based on their specific needs and preferences, continuously supporting and guiding them throughout their treatment journey.
• Document therapy sessions accurately and timely, tracking client progress and maintaining comprehensive records in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and case consultations with team members to enhance therapeutic approaches and ensure the effectiveness of treatment.

Your work will directly impact clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By utilizing a client-centered approach, you will assist clients in developing coping strategies and improving their overall well-being through tailored therapy sessions.

• A current and valid license in New York as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to create a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients remotely.
• Empathy, compassion, and genuine understanding of the challenges faced by clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance client caseload and documentation responsibilities.

• Previous experience in a remote therapy setting demonstrating proficiency in telehealth practices.
• Experience with various mental health conditions and therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
