• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand and identify clients' mental health needs and tailor individualized treatment plans accordingly.
• Deliver therapy through secure virtual platforms, ensuring adherence to confidentiality standards and ethical guidelines.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions where you collaborate with clients on establishing and working towards therapeutic goals.
• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities based on clients' preferences, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, or solution-focused brief therapy.
• Document all therapy sessions meticulously, detailing client progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Previous experience conducting remote therapy sessions, preferably within a telehealth framework.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and ensure efficient client management.
• Engagement in ongoing professional development, including training in emerging therapeutic approaches or specializations.
