• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual needs of clients, ensuring that these are delivered in a personalized manner through secure virtual methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with clients to define therapeutic goals, providing continuous support and guidance throughout their journey to recovery.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, or solution-focused therapy, adapting these based on client preferences and objectives.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress within our remote documentation system to ensure that care continuity is upheld.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Lotus, you will encounter clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Your work will address a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A current and valid license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required, with a master's or doctorate preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and connect with clients effectively through virtual platforms.
• Strong empathy and understanding to support clients sensitively in their mental health journey, navigating their unique experiences with care.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client appointments and maintain up-to-date documentation.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is a strong plus, as it demonstrates familiarity with virtual therapy technologies and methodologies.
• Previous background in working with diverse ages and backgrounds, particularly in therapeutic settings focused on mental health disorders.
• Capacity for developing and implementing innovative therapeutic approaches to meet the evolving needs of various client populations.
