• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health to determine emotional and psychological needs, formulating diagnostic impressions as necessary.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans to align with each client's therapeutic goals, utilizing modalities that include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for a diverse adult client population, employing evidence-based strategies to encourage personal growth and coping mechanisms.
• Provide teletherapy services to enhance client accessibility, ensuring that care remains continuous and effective regardless of geographical barriers.
• Engage in crisis intervention when urgency arises, exhibiting professionalism and compassion as you help clients navigate immediate mental health challenges.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated with the latest best practices in mental health care.

Your caseload will primarily consist of adult clients seeking support for a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Our clinic values cultural competence, as we aim to address the unique backgrounds and experiences that shape each client's mental health journey.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• Completion of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients through strong communication skills and a compassionate, supportive demeanor.
• Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple client schedules efficiently, resulting in high-quality care.
• A clean disciplinary record with the licensing board must be maintained at all times.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is a great asset, as it will enhance your ability to connect with clients virtually.
• Prior work in community health or similar settings is desirable, especially if it involves diverse client populations.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices will facilitate your success within our team.
