Experience Required: 10+ years

Position Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Level 3 Network Engineer with deep technical expertise in LAN, WAN, security, and SD-WAN environments. The right candidate will bring a solid background in Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) and have a proven track record of supporting complex enterprise network environments. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on performance, reliability, and secure infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support enterprise-grade LAN/WAN and SD-WAN networks
  • Administer and troubleshoot Cisco ACI fabric, ensuring smooth network operations
  • Perform network performance analysis, traffic engineering, and optimization
  • Lead incident resolution for escalated network issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Maintain strong documentation including network diagrams, SOPs, and change logs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and application teams
  • Ensure security best practices are applied across all network layers
  • Participate in capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades
  • Support change management and service delivery within established SLAs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in network engineering roles with increasing responsibilities
  • Strong technical expertise in LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and SD-WAN technologies
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI environments (configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting)
  • Solid understanding of network security concepts and tools
  • Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and management platforms
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle high-priority incidents independently
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent needed
