Als Lead System Engineer sind Sie verantwortlich fur die Planung, Implementierung und den Betrieb komplexer Systemlandschaften. Sie fungieren als technisches Bindeglied zwischen Architektur, Entwicklung und Betrieb und stellen sicher, dass Performance, Stabilitat und Sicherheit der Systeme hochsten Anforderungen genugen.
Sie arbeiten sowohl strategisch - im Hinblick auf Architekturentscheidungen und Technologie-Standards - als auch operativ, um kritische Systeme, Integrationen und Migrationen erfolgreich umzusetzen.

Ihre Aufgaben
Planung, Design und Implementierung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen
Technische Gesamtverantwortung fur Systemarchitekturen und Integrationsprojekte

Ihr Profil
+5 Jahre Erfahrung als PEGA Lead oder Senior System Engineer
Erfahrung in der Leitung technischer Implementierungsprojekte
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Server-, Storage-, Netzwerk- und Virtualisierungstechnologien (z. B. Linux, Windows, VMware)
Erfahrung mit Cloud-Umgebungen (AWS, Azure, OpenShift) und hybriden Architekturen
Kenntnisse in Automatisierung, Scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) und Configuration Management (z. B. Ansible, Puppet)
Erfahrung in Performanceanalyse, Monitoring und Tuning komplexer Systeme
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse wunschenswert
Strukturierte, analytische und losungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Umsetzungsstarke
