• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health needs of patients.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Utilize an integrated platform for documenting therapy sessions and tracking patient progress in a HIPAA-compliant manner.

• Must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Proficient understanding of community mental health resources and systems.
• Ability to utilize technology effectively for remote counseling and documentation.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
