The Role

The Sales Solutions Engineer will be a crucial member of our sales team, facilitating advanced demonstrations and developing tailored solutions for sales engagements with both the US and UK markets, including prominent partners like Hyland and local government customers. This role requires mastering the Jadu Platform and associated partner products to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions. It is key to supporting the growth of our US partner strategy by providing extended partner support, spanning the support of partner-led sales through to the successful deployment and handover of the platform to the partner, supporting and working closely with our US Alliance Manager and VP of Partner Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of the Jadu Platform to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Provide technical and functional support during the sales process, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and preparing detailed technical proposals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, professional services and DevOps team to support the US Alliance team (and partners) from the point of sale through to the successful deployment and handover of the platform to our partners.
  • Support the US Alliance team by acting as a single point of contact for our partners during the deployment process, leading on coordination of internal teams and partner communication until successful deployment and handover of the platform.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence the product development roadmap.
  • Stay abreast of product updates and industry trends to provide expert advice and support to clients.
  • Train and support partners and customers on product capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or a similar role within the software/technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and digital transformation strategies, particularly in the public sector and enterprise software.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, demonstrations, and partner support.
  • Experience with CRM systems, low-code platforms, and cloud solutions is highly desirable.
