Job description

A cybersecurity consulting company is looking for a Mid to Senior Network Penetration Tester who has extensive experience with manual network pentesting experience and NSA/nation state. This is a high performing, collaborative team where you'll think like an adversary, turning small flaws into full-on breaches. This isn't your typical role. They need someone who has specialized in manual, adversarial testing and Red Team practices, and are comfortable with open-world testing - endpoint evasion, escalation, and lateral movement, not just following the steps set forth in the training book. Ideal candidates also have consulting experience, or can bring a depth of experience in various industries, and have a larger community presence, whether that's on LinkedIn or attending conferences. Ideal candidates are also able to go into a network and utilize manual pentesting skills first, rather than running automated scans.
This role is fully remote with an option to be hybrid in Chicago, IL.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Red Team
  • 4+ years of experience conducting penetration tests
  • Extensive experience with manual network pentesting
  • Experience with adversarial, nation state, or NSA
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Community involvement, through conference participations, professional engagement, etc.
The Offer
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Vacation Time
  • Opportunities for professional development
  • Much more
