The NOC team is responsible for ensuring network availability, performance, and security, often by proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users. Remote NOCs use specialized tools to oversee servers, networks, and other critical systems, providing support without needing to be physically present at the client site. This approach helps organizations reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and optimize their IT resources.
