DNV is seeking a motivated and results-driven Training Sales & Business Development professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and selling our suite of training programs to corporate and individual clients. What You'll Do

  • Drive growth of public and private training sales across North America.
  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.

  • Identifiez les besoins de formation des clients et recommandez des solutions d'apprentissage appropriees. 

  • Preparez des propositions, des devis et concluez les opportunites de vente. 

  • Construisez et maintenez des relations solides avec les clients pour encourager la fidelisation. 

  • Collaborez avec les formateurs, les equipes operationnelles, marketing et de certification pour maximiser les opportunites. 

  • Maintenez un pipeline de vente precis et des informations clients au sein des systemes CRM. 

  • Surveiller les tendances du marche et l'activite des concurrents pour soutenir la croissance de l'entreprise. 

What Is Required: 

  • High School Diploma 
  •  Minimum of three (3) years of experience selling professional services, training, consulting, certification, or related solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills including presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% per year, primarily to trade shows and conferences including U.S.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
    • The employee would be required to draft and review internal documents in English to be used throughout North America.

DNV provides a reasonable compensation range for this role. The actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. For the city of Vancouver, the range of starting pay for this role is $90000 - $105000 CAD
