As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inner Bliss, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our client population includes individuals from different age groups and backgrounds, each bringing their unique perspectives and experiences. This role emphasizes culturally competent care, ensuring that clients feel understood and valued throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Possess a valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology degree (PsyD).
• Hold a Master’s or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exemplify outstanding communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and therapeutic relationships in a virtual environment.
• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by clients, ensuring a client-centered therapeutic approach.
• Exhibit strong organizational capabilities, including effective time management to seamlessly manage caseloads and documentation requirements.

• A minimum of two years of practical experience providing mental health counseling in an outpatient setting, particularly with remote therapy delivery.
