• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students to identify their mental health needs, followed by the formulation of individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, tailored to the unique circumstances of each student.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and consistently monitor and reflect on their progress throughout the treatment journey.
• Offer teletherapy options for clients who prefer remote sessions or face accessibility hurdles, ensuring continuous support is available.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, reflecting our professionalism and commitment to providing high-quality care.

Your primary focus will be on students dealing with a range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will serve a diverse population within the school system, working to create a safe space for students to express themselves and receive support. Your expertise in engaging with young individuals will be crucial in helping them cope with their challenges and achieve their academic and personal goals.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory for this position.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients and their unique experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring effective management of caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Previous experience working in educational settings or with children and adolescents is highly desirable.
• Thorough understanding of special education processes and collaboration with school staff to support student success.
• Experience providing teletherapy services is advantageous due to the remote nature of this role.
