This is a 100% remote position that allows counselors to manage their practice online, utilizing a top-notch therapy platform specifically designed for teletherapy. Counselors will use tools such as video chat and messaging to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring clients have access to quality mental health support from the comfort of their homes. Our outpatient office model allows counselors to focus entirely on client care without the administrative burdens associated with traditional practices.

As a Remote Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions through video chat, while creating a warm and inviting environment for clients to feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.
• Encouraging clients to explore their emotions, set meaningful therapeutic goals, and monitor their progress throughout the duration of the treatment plan.
• Identifying potential barriers to recovery and proactively addressing those issues through discussion and tailored therapeutic strategies.
• Providing guidance on healthy coping mechanisms and lifestyle changes that support clients in achieving their mental health objectives.
• Documenting client interactions and maintaining thorough records to ensure compliance with professional and state regulations.

Our client base primarily consists of stable adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns. All clients are screened before accessing our platform, which allows you to work with individuals who are committed to their mental wellness. To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An independent LCPC license, allowing you to provide professional mental health services without supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with online communication tools.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences are encouraged to apply:

• Previous experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings.
• Skills in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and appointment scheduling.
• Experience working with specific client populations, such as trauma survivors or individuals with anxiety disorders.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based upon hours worked and client load. Additional benefits include:
