• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to gain insights into clients' mental health statuses and histories, enabling the creation of tailored treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the individual needs of clients.
