The base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $269,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. The Senior AD, Data Strategy and Innovation will conduct and lead advanced analytical initiatives to uncover new business opportunities and insights. Advise stakeholders and provide actionable strategic recommendations based on findings. Identify, standardize and automate integration of critical reporting metrics and modeling tools and adapt current reports and metrics to support evolving business needs and opportunities. Provide consultation on reports to ensure their use and effectiveness among users.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Data Strategy and Innovation: Responsible for Innovation of new / existing data sets as well as advanced data models. Assist with leadership on the cross functional data governance / strategy committee. Leads the development/implementation/management data related tools. Responsible for accurate and continuous improvement of the PM Data warehouse.
  • Data Strategy: Identification and Evaluation of New Analytical Data sets. Understands business needs to inform data related decisions. Accountable for the key initiatives related to data consumption. Actively leads and participates in defining and driving solutions for the Data and Analytic planning and execution process. Ensures coordination with Sr. Leadership across PM and key support partners to establish and ensure process for Data and Analytic project prioritization.
  • Data Strategy and Innovation: New Innovated Data Models that will assist the PM Analytical Organization. Support execution and delivery of all field and marketing analytical business needs. Establish policies, procedures and plans to support PM's changing process and execution needs and participate directly or through other members of the Data Governance and PM Reporting department.
  • Ensures that corporate standards of excellence and compliance are upheld and performs all Company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g. EEO, FDA, OSHA, PDMA, EPA, PhRMA, SCIP etc.) and Company policies and procedures. Immediately reports noted/observed violations to management. Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards at all times in order to main BIPI's excellent reputation within the medical and pharmaceutical community.
  • Data Quality - Accountable for data quality, architects a data quality system that ensures complete, timely and accurate data. Continually monitors and re-assesses the marketplace for future data needs.

Requirements
  • BS/BA from an accredited institution with nine (9) years or Master's from an accredited institution with seven (7) years' experience in Pharma Industry with a working knowledge of ROI/sales force modeling, call planning, targeting/segmentation, data governance and reporting
