Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Network Engineer to join their team. As a Network Engineer, you will be an integral part of the IT department supporting telecommunication services and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to technology challenges, ensuring success within the organization.

Job Title: Network Engineer
Location: Madison
, WI
Duration: 12 Months with higher possibility for Extension
Pay Range: $48/hr.

  • Work with vendor management to coordinate services, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network performance.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to enhance network infrastructure and security.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with telecommunication services in a professional setting.
  • At least 3 years of experience collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to meet organizational goals.
  • 2 years of experience providing and maintaining ITIL-based frameworks for problem, incident, and request management.
  • 2 years of experience working with vendor management and service providers.
  • Current Wisconsin residency; this role is 100% remote but requires on-site presence in Madison, WI.
