• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions ethically and compassionately through video chat, ensuring a secure and private atmosphere for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities that cater to the unique needs of your clients.
• Develop customized treatment plans that address clients' goals, challenges, and progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary.
• Encourage clients to gain insights into their feelings, relationships, and experiences, promoting self-awareness and personal growth.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress, providing support and guidance in developing effective coping mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate records of sessions and treatment plans while adhering to confidentiality standards.

As a mental health therapist at Inner Insight Therapy Inc., you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse array of mental health challenges. Your role will be instrumental in guiding these individuals towards enhanced quality of life by empowering them with essential skills and fostering their mental health stability.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid license to practice independently, with one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, free from any limitations or disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficient computer literacy for effective engagement with telehealth platforms and documentation automation.

Individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the mental health field, particularly in providing therapy and counseling services, will thrive in this role. Experience working with varied demographic groups is advantageous as our clientele is diverse and broad.

Inner Insight Therapy Inc. offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
