Position Summary:

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent. Serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an outstanding candidate experience and helping teams build the capabilities needed to drive business success.

You will leverage talent intelligence, market insights, recruiting technology, and AI-enabled tools to develop innovative sourcing strategies, inform hiring decisions, and anticipate future workforce needs. Combining strong business acumen with a consultative approach, you will influence key talent decisions, build meaningful stakeholder relationships, and help Client secure top talent in an increasingly competitive marketplace.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define talent needs, develop hiring strategies, and establish candidate success profiles
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, networking, referrals, talent pools, and market research. 
  • Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates while providing thoughtful evaluation and market insights.
  • Manage candidate communications, interviews, offer negotiations, and closing activities. 
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that strengthens Client's employer brand and reputation. 
  • Leverage talent intelligence, labor market data, and workforce insights to advise leaders on hiring decisions and future talent needs. 
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, service level commitments, and operational excellence standards while continuously improving recruiting processes. 
  • Manage candidate activity, dispositioning, and recruitment data within the Recruitment Management System (RMS), ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and a seamless hiring process.
  • Ensure an efficient and cost-effective recruitment process.
  • Lead and contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives that drive innovation, operational excellence, and business impact.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a professional services, insurance, financial services, technology, consulting, or other complex, matrixed organization.
  • 3+ years of dedicated experience recruiting for technology roles, including software engineering, architecture, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, digital, and other technical disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success managing a high-volume requisition portfolio (typically 3035 concurrent searches) while maintaining quality, speed, and an exceptional stakeholder and candidate experience.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, balancing competing priorities and managing ambiguity with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Advanced sourcing expertise utilizing direct search methodologies, talent mapping, market intelligence, networking, referrals, social platforms, and innovative sourcing technologies.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting tools and talent acquisition technologies to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement, interview preparation, market research, talent intelligence, workflow efficiency, and data-driven decision-making, while maintaining sound judgment and human oversight.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility, influence decision-making, and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Skilled at navigating complex hiring situations, providing market insights, and effectively managing stakeholder expectations through transparent communication and data-driven recommendations.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills.
