Your role in our mission
Take a close look at some of the details that contribute to Gainwell's industry-leading tools and technologies in this challenging position. .
  • Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex programs.
  • Analyze, design, and write specs and requirements from which we develop and code programs.
  • Evaluate existing systems and programs; assist project manager in assigning tasks and work closely with a team.
  • Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects, validate program requirements, and resolve issues that arise.
  • Develop test plans and participate in QA activities such as coding reviews.
  • Participate as a member of a development team and lead a small sub-team of developers as needed.
  • Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members.

What we're looking for
  • Over six (6) years of experience in application and user interface development, programming with .NET, C#, and Oracle.
  • More than six (6) years of expertise in application development and support, covering all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
    • Proficient in:
      • SQL / PLSQL
      • HTML
      • JavaScript
      • jQuery
      • Web Service Development
  • Previous experience with interChange MMIS is highly preferred.

What you should expect in this role
  • Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the 48-contiguous United States.
  • Would require working during the central time zone.
  • Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%).
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required.

The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
