What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote .NET Developer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote .NET Developer, you need strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and object-oriented programming, usually backed by a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio, version control systems like Git, and cloud platforms such as Azure is typically required, along with certifications like Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer being advantageous.
