As a Solutions Architect, you will leverage your expertise in delivering high-quality technical designs with focus on converting complex business requirements into technical architecture solutions. Your role will involve contributing technical architecture oversight to project timelines, budgets, and ensuring that the design and alignment of technology meet technical governance standards, and standardizing patterns to enable scale, stability, and consistency.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding the business requirements to come up with technical solutions in form of digital products or services. Assessing conception designs to provide and give explanation for purposed solution.
  • Enforcing policies, processes, and frameworks used to guide the development, deployment, maintenance of technology within the business.
  • Giving presentation of ideas and projects to business stockholders, explaining proposed architecture solution, presenting their findings, and having the ability to explain why a product may not fit business needs.
  • Overseeing the hiring and training of team members to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully deliver the team's strategic goals.
  • Working closely with stakeholders, such as product managers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards and decisions related to technology choices, design /architectural considerations, and implementation strategy.
  • Driving projects forward when setbacks occur.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and technologies.
  • Identifying and mitigating technical risks.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math),
  • Have a minimum of 8 years experience in designing cloud infrastructure with commercial/enterprise products.
  • Have experience designing and deploying AI-enabled business solutions, with expertise in LLMs, RAG, AI agents, enterprise data architecture, security, governance, and cloud AI platforms while ensuring scalability, compliance, and business value.
  • Have technical knowledge of Cloud Compute, Networking, Cybersecurity, Container Engines, Database, Storage, CICD...
  • Have some experience with programming languages (Cloud Formation, Terraform, Python, Java, PowerShell) and with infrastructure as code development (AWS CloudFormation, AWS Code Build, Code Deploy, GitHub Actions)
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, team members, and other departments.
  • Be able to address and resolve technical and managerial challenges.
