• Conduct initial client assessments to understand their personal goals, preferences, and available options, forming the foundation for customized rehabilitation strategies.

• Maintain meticulous client records, capturing personal details, eligibility criteria, insurance information, services provided, and ongoing communication to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage with clients continuously throughout their participation in job training and occupational placement programs, addressing challenges as they arise.

• Provide guidance and assistance in connecting clients to other relevant resources and support systems as required.

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including mood disorders and other psychological conditions requiring targeted therapeutic interventions. Your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor will involve one-on-one sessions with clients, establishing a trusting therapeutic alliance that fosters recovery and personal development.

• A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.
