The position is based in an outpatient office setting, offering flexibility with remote work options that cater to the needs of our clients and clinicians alike. Our working hours are designed for optimal work-life balance, running Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. • Provide professional therapy services to clients, addressing a range of mental health challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship conflicts.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific values and needs of each client, ensuring they are involved in their therapeutic process.
• Foster a therapeutic environment that encourages trust and cooperation, which is essential for effective counseling.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions that facilitate meaningful progress in treatment, demonstrating tangible benefits to clients' mental health.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians, mental health professionals, and case managers to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.
• Provide immediate support to clients experiencing crises, demonstrating effective crisis intervention skills.
• Engage in continuous professional development by seeking training in specialized areas such as couples counseling, adolescent therapy, or trauma-informed care.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with relationship issues, families facing communication barriers, and adolescents grappling with emotional and behavioral challenges. Your contributions will help empower clients to cultivate healthier relationships and navigate the complexities of their mental health journeys.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
• Proven clinical assessment, diagnostic, and case management skills.
• Exceptional communication and counseling abilities that facilitate rapport-building with clients.
• Capacity to independently manage a caseload while also collaborating effectively within a team framework.
• Awareness of ethical guidelines, legal standards, and confidentiality requirements pertinent to therapeutic practices.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing therapy in clinical settings, with proven competence in working with various populations.
• Experience with teletherapy or remote therapy modalities is a plus, given the flexibility of our work environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional education and training in the field of marriage and family therapy.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
