• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to inform individualized treatment plans, integrating best practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, closely monitoring progress and adjusting approaches based on client feedback and clinical observations.
• Maintain confidentiality and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, nurses, and other specialists to provide coordinated and holistic care for clients.
• Facilitate case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to continuously improve the quality of care provided.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, empowering them with knowledge and skills to enhance their overall well-being.
• Stay informed on the latest research and trends in mental health care to ensure that interventions provided are current and effective.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.
