This position is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to work from your own home while collaborating with a dynamic team committed to mental health excellence. The opportunity to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends on a rotational basis, ensures a balanced approach to both work and personal time.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients experiencing varying severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms to determine individualized treatment needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively treat mood disorders.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families, guiding them through treatment options and developing self-care strategies.
• Monitor client progress continuously and adjust treatment interventions as necessary, ensuring a responsive approach to care.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to deliver integrated and comprehensive mental health services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards and participate in case consultations and professional development opportunities.
• Advocate for clients by promoting the importance of mental health and de-stigmatizing mood disorders within the community.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Bright Tomorrow Counseling Center, you will work closely with individuals dealing with various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our approach emphasizes cultural competency and understanding, ensuring that we address the unique needs of a diverse clientele. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
• A thorough understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly for mood disorders.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders is preferred.
• A strong foundation in psychopharmacology and the capacity to collaborate with psychiatrists and medical professionals.
• A record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders through established programming.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, complemented by additional performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus of $1,500 to welcome you to our team.
