• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, providing compassionate care and guidance.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care, contributing to inter-professional discussions regarding treatment decisions.
• Utilize EMR software to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.

The clients you will serve at Soul Escape span diverse backgrounds and demographics, including individuals and families who may face financial or geographical barriers to accessing mental health services. Your role will specifically focus on addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Profound understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse client population.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Familiarity with EMR software and related technology to enhance service delivery.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, based on your experience and caseload.
