What is a Remote NCSF and what do they do?

A Remote NCSF refers to a professional certified by the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) who provides their services virtually rather than in person. These fitness professionals create personalized workout and nutrition plans, offer coaching, and monitor clients’ progress through online platforms. This role is ideal for clients who seek expert advice and accountability but prefer the flexibility of remote sessions.

  • Experience recruiting 1099 contractors.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Prior high-volume recruiting or sourcing experience.

What Success Looks Like
