Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized clinical treatment plans for clients diagnosed with acute or chronic mental health issues, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments and maintain detailed, confidential client records in adherence to state and NCQA regulatory standards.
  • Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing therapeutic modalities suited to patient needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and allied health professionals, for the screening and evaluation of psychotropic medication utilization as appropriate.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss treatment efficacy and program improvements to enhance client outcomes.
  • Oversee clinical supervision of Post Masters Fellows or other qualifying associates, as required and if you possess the appropriate supervisory credentials.
  • Engage with clients’ families to offer education on treatment plans and effective strategies to support their loved ones' mental health journeys.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will include a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, presenting with various mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will play a critical role in helping these clients navigate their challenges and achieve a greater quality of life through tailored interventions and supportive counseling.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
  • Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
  • Proven experience in providing mental health counseling and treatment within a clinical setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Extensive knowledge of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices for treating a diverse client population.
  • Experience in telehealth service delivery and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits
