  • Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, registered nurses, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, coping strategies, and medication management, empowering them to actively participate in their care.
  • Engage in the provision of individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing established therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing and growth.
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the treatment team, focusing on applicable patient goals and preferences.
  • Guide patients through the complexities of the mental health system, advocating for their needs and rights to promote access to necessary resources.
