• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each patient's mental health status, strengths, and specific needs in order to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Implement a range of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, tailored to each patient’s unique situation and preferences.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, registered nurses, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
• Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, coping strategies, and medication management, empowering them to actively participate in their care.
• Engage in the provision of individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing established therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing and growth.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the treatment team, focusing on applicable patient goals and preferences.
• Guide patients through the complexities of the mental health system, advocating for their needs and rights to promote access to necessary resources.
• Lead therapeutic activities such as psychoeducation sessions, support groups, and discharge planning meetings, enhancing the support systems around our patients.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required to ensure a strong foundation in clinical practices.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, plus a sign-on bonus.
