This role is entirely remote, making it beneficial for individuals seeking a flexible work arrangement while still making a tangible impact in clients' lives. As a member of our team, you'll collaborate with a network of multidisciplinary professionals, ensuring comprehensive care and support for our clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of new clients, analyzing histories and determining suitable treatment modalities in collaboration with the patient and fellow mental health professionals.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, shaping each approach based on the unique needs and circumstances of clients.
• Engage in regular interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to share insights and coordinate care with psychiatric providers and clinical staff.
• Work alongside the Clinical Director to design and implement innovative program activities that provide an optimal therapeutic experience.
• Document ongoing assessments and patient progress through approved electronic health record platforms, ensuring accountability and continuity of care.
• Evaluate therapy effectiveness by regularly seeking client feedback and adapting treatment plans accordingly.
• Contribute to the credentialing committee to uphold the quality and standards of our clinical team.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned to enhance clinic operations and patient care.

The licensed therapist will work with a broad range of clients, including children, families, and individuals experiencing a diverse spectrum of mental health challenges. Our client population is characterized by their unique backgrounds, varying developmental differences, and distinct therapeutic needs, requiring a personalized and adaptable approach to care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field, coupled with valid licensure in Washington State (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
• A minimum of two years professional experience working with children and families, ideally in a clinical setting.
• Strong foundational knowledge across various psychotherapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and social constructionism, among others.
• A demonstrated commitment to exceptional client care, integrating client feedback into service delivery.
• Open-mindedness and a willingness to learn from colleagues and the communities we serve to enhance care practices.

• Experience using electronic health record systems to document patient interactions and maintain treatment fidelity.
• Experience coordinating care within an interdisciplinary team framework, emphasizing collaboration and shared care philosophies.
