This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct sessions in a manner that best accommodates your lifestyle while maintaining the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. You will work primarily with students and their families, coordinating care to help them navigate academic and personal challenges. The remote setting fosters a comfortable experience for clients while also minimizing wait times for appointments, ensuring timely access to necessary services.

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to identify each client's needs, presenting issues, and treatment goals.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances and aspirations.
• Provide regular evaluations of clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment methods as required.
• Uphold strict adherence to confidentiality agreements and ethical guidelines established by the profession.
• Participate in continuous professional development, staying current with new therapeutic techniques and industry best practices.
• Establish and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance with clients, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
• Provide practical strategies and emotional support to help clients effectively navigate their life challenges.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, primarily consisting of students and their families. This diverse patient population presents an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of young individuals who may be grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, or academic pressures. The clinical work within the school setting allows for unique interactions and interventions aimed at improving not only individual mental health but also broader family systems.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in settings relevant to mental health, with a preference for those who have worked in private practice.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical skills, particularly in assessment and treatment planning.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect effectively with clients.

• Experience working in a school environment or with youth populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with remote therapy platforms and tools to facilitate client sessions effectively.
• Background in crisis intervention and risk assessment.
