• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to determine their mental and emotional health needs through virtual sessions.

This role focuses primarily on stable, low-acuity clients who are actively seeking counseling for various mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our patient base is diverse, reflecting a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, enabling you to apply your skills across different scenarios and build meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• A valid independent state license (LMFT, LMSW, or LPC) to practice in the mental health field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine empathy for clients' needs and challenges.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a proficiency in digital communication and counseling platforms.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines in counseling practices.

• Experience working with diverse client populations in a therapy setting.
• Familiarity with virtual counseling platforms and telehealth practices.
• Background in solution-focused therapy or similar methodologies.
• Prior experience in a community health setting is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
