• Build and nurture trusting relationships with clients, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere that encourages open dialogue.
• Utilize your clinical skills to accurately diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, tailoring your approach based on individual patient circumstances.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans in accordance with best practices and specific patient needs, with clear goals and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions, both individually and in groups, ensuring to monitor progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Perform ongoing assessments and evaluations of patient outcomes using reputable tools, thereby tracking improvements and addressing challenges in therapy.
• Coordinate care effectively by referring clients to specialty services when required, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.

Your primary focus will include working with a diverse clientele facing various emotional and psychological challenges, with a specific emphasis on family dynamics and relationship issues. You will engage with individuals from different backgrounds, ages, and life circumstances, requiring a customized approach that respects each person’s unique narrative.

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is a must to practice legally.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy, with a strong foundation in managing complex emotional and psychological cases.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills are necessary to ensure effective treatment delivery and administrative functions.

• Previous experience in a virtual counseling setting is highly desirable, as technology will play a considerable role in your practice.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

The competitive salary for this position ranges between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
