GTM Content Marketing Manager

US – Remote; Lehi preferred

RLDatix is on a mission to transform care delivery worldwide, ensuring every patient receives the safest, highest-quality care. Through our innovative Healthcare Operations Platform, we're connecting data to unlock trusted insights that enable improved decision-making and help deliver safer healthcare for all.

Job Description

RLDatix (RLD) is on a mission to help raise the standard of care…everywhere. Trusted by over 10,000 healthcare organizations around the world, our solutions help improve health and care. Our applications ensure that patients receive the best and safest care while supporting the providers who deliver it.

Joining TeamRLD means being part of a global effort of over 2,000 team members in making a difference in healthcare…every day.

We're searching for a remote (North America-based) GTM Content Marketing Manager to join our Demand Acceleration team, so that we can help our existing customers understand and engage with additional RLDatix solution areas. The GTM Content Marketing Manager will design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns — owning content strategy, campaign management, and cross-functional coordination — to drive cross-sell and upsell motions that support measurable pipeline growth across North America.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Develop externally facing B2B content — with priority focus on email marketing and website content, alongside webinars, event messaging, LinkedIn, and paid advertising — to nurture existing customers into additional solution areas.

  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns with multiple deliverables, channels, stakeholders, and deadlines in order to drive cross-sell and upsell pipeline.

  • Establish content calendars, track assets, determine appropriate formats, and drive execution through completion to keep multi-channel campaigns coordinated and on-time.

  • Partner with Communications, Customer Experience/Event teams, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Sales in order to generate and nurture interest before handing off to solution-level conversations.

  • Contribute to marketing's revenue goals through content and campaign conversion — engagement, progression to marketing-qualified leads, and pipeline contribution — while helping refine reporting frameworks with Marketing Operations.

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

  • 5+ years of B2B demand-generation experience with hands-on content production, campaign management, and multi-channel distribution

  • Proven success managing integrated campaign programs (rather than isolated deliverables) with multiple stakeholders and deadlines

  • In-depth knowledge on how to personally create strong content across email, web, and social channels (formal content strategy experience is a meaningful advantage)

  • At least 5 years of marketing-automation-platform experience — HubSpot preferred; Pardot, Marketo, or similar acceptable. Asana highly preferred, with comparable work-management tools transferable

  • Exposure to targeted account- or contact-based B2B marketing (direct experience building an entire ABM program is not required)

  • Sincere interest in supporting an evolving "platform" narrative and helping build a demand generation function from an early stage

  • A knack for working autonomously and collaboratively within an ambiguous, build-stage environment — with willingness to align to East Coast stakeholder hours

By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401K, paid time off, and paid holidays.

RLDatix is an equal opportunity employer, and our employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, age, gender, national origin, disability, handicap, marital status or any other status or condition protected by Federal and/or State laws.

As part of RLDatix's commitment to the inclusion of all qualified individuals, we ensure that persons with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation in the job application and interview process. If reasonable accommodation is needed to participate in either step, please don't hesitate to send a note to accessibility@rldatix.com.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also taken into consideration.
