As a Therapeutic Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments, utilizing evidence-based techniques to determine client needs and suitability for various treatment approaches.
• Delivering culturally sensitive mental health and substance abuse counseling to individuals and groups, supporting clients in their recovery journey and personal development.
• Providing case management and navigating treatment resources for clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive care tailored to their circumstances.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related disciplines.
• A valid social work license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in accordance with state regulations.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
