Job Description

This role supports the core operations of a growing sports-focused business. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally keeps things organized, thinks several steps ahead, and notices small details before they become larger issues. This is a task-driven position where accuracy, logic, and consistent follow-through matter more than clocking in set hours. As the business grows and the role develops, hours, responsibilities, and pay may increase.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing email, messages, and general communication
  • Maintaining and updating digital files, spreadsheets, reports, and rosters
  • Assisting with schedule changes, session updates, and basic coordination
  • Preparing simple documents and forms
  • Helping with hiring tasks such as posting job listings and scheduling interviews
