As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health status and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and requirements, utilizing various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing solution-focused and evidence-based approaches to address diverse mental health issues.
• Utilize teletherapy methods to deliver virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for your clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and conferences to stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Your caseload will primarily consist of adult clients facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will have the autonomy to choose the therapeutic approaches you want to utilize, enabling you to tailor your sessions based on individual client needs and preferences. To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possess a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive and respectful therapeutic environment.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage client caseloads effectively.

While not mandatory, experience in a clinical setting, particularly with teletherapy, is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and experience working with diverse populations will further enhance your ability to connect with and effectively support our clients.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
