Position Overview

Dynamic Family Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote setting. This position allows therapists to provide high-quality mental health care while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of our clients through effective therapy and personalized treatment plans, all while being supported by a comprehensive administrative team.

About the Organization

At Dynamic Family Counseling Services, our mission is to enrich lives by providing exceptional mental health services in a high-end, boutique-like environment. We are committed to ensuring our therapists have the necessary tools and support to thrive in their roles, focusing on delivering transformational services rather than getting bogged down in case management tasks. Our dedicated administration team manages marketing and business operations, allowing our therapists to concentrate on what they do bestโ€”delivering impactful therapy to clients.

Work Environment

This role is fully remote, designed to accommodate the lifestyle of modern professionals while ensuring that therapists can effectively connect with clients via telehealth. Our outpatient office atmosphere is collaborative, supportive, and dynamic, fostering a strong sense of community among our therapists, even from a distance. All sessions are conducted through secure platforms that prioritize client privacy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health status and needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and requirements, utilizing various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing solution-focused and evidence-based approaches to address diverse mental health issues.
  • Utilize teletherapy methods to deliver virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for your clients.
  • Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through training and conferences to stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will primarily consist of adult clients facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will have the autonomy to choose the therapeutic approaches you want to utilize, enabling you to tailor your sessions based on individual client needs and preferences. Our organization promotes a client-first approach, ensuring each client receives personalized care that empowers them to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Possess a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive and respectful therapeutic environment.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage client caseloads effectively.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in a clinical setting, particularly with teletherapy, is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and experience working with diverse populations will further enhance your ability to connect with and effectively support our clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:

  • Flexible full-time or part-time positions with adaptable scheduling options to accommodate work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive health insurance packages covering medical, dental, and vision.
  • Therapist insurance provided to safeguard your practice.
  • A retirement savings plan with company matching to ensure your financial future.
  • Unlimited referrals to help you build your client base and grow your practice.
Career Growth Opportunities

At Dynamic Family Counseling Services, we are deeply invested in the continuous professional growth of our therapists. We provide access to ongoing training opportunities, resources for further education, and pathways for career advancement within the organization. You will have the chance to expand your skills and expertise while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients.

Why Join Our Team

Joining our team means more than just a job; it means becoming part of a community that genuinely cares about its therapists and clients. We prioritize collaboration, growth, and the well-being of all team members. If you are passionate about making a difference in the mental health field and seeking a supportive environment that values your expertise and flexibility, we encourage you to apply.

Application Information

Interested candidates should submit a resume and a cover letter detailing their qualifications and interest in the position. We look forward to meeting passionate mental health professionals who are eager to contribute to the enrichment of lives through exceptional therapy at Dynamic Family Counseling Services.
