• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, using virtual meetings and standardized assessment tools.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each individual.
• Utilize various therapeutic engagement techniques, such as goal tracking, journaling, and multimedia resources to facilitate client growth.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and collaboration.
• Provide ongoing support and crisis intervention as needed, adapting approaches based on client response and progress.

• A Master's or Doctorate in Counseling or related field from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in good standing.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for remote counseling, including video conferencing and therapeutic software.
• Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines in mental health practice.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a counseling or mental health setting.
• Experience with telehealth or remote counseling practices is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches.
• Understanding of mental health issues relevant to diverse populations.

The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
