Positively Living Counseling Services is seeking passionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) for full-time remote positions. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that empower clients by addressing common mental health concerns and fostering a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to implement coordinated and effective treatment strategies.
  • Offer crisis intervention services and act as a support resource during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and providing guidance.
  • Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to foster understanding and engagement in their care.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, using electronic health records (EHR) systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse patient population that includes individuals struggling with various mental health disorders, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic frameworks.
