Job Overview:
At Forge, we don't just build digital products - we craft experiences.
We're looking for a Creative Designer to bring visual impact, movement, and imagination to our team. While our current creative squad is rooted in UI/UX design, we're expanding - and we need a visionary designer who thrives at the intersection of graphic design, motion, and 3D storytelling.
You'll lead the way in developing motion UI, video compositions, interactive 3D concepts and brand identities for web, AR/VR, and immersive digital activations. You'll collaborate with designers and developers to elevate the visual expression of the experiences we create - from pitches to polished products.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative direction and execution of graphic and motion-based assets across multiple projects and platforms.
  • Design and animate motion graphics and microinteractions for websites, mobile apps, and video content.
  • Develop 3D assets and animations for use in digital activations, AR/VR experiences, and web-based interactions.
  • Participate in creative ideation for new business proposals and pitch decks.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance product interfaces with motion UI and storytelling-driven visuals.
  • Design basic web and app user interfaces, bringing graphic design sensibility to interface layouts.
  • Conceptualize and create brand identities and visual systems for clients across industries.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure creative concepts are feasible, scalable, and technically sound.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Forge design culture with creative energy, innovation, and experimentation.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or multidisciplinary Creative.
    Proven ability to conceptualize and execute motion graphics, animations, and microinteractions.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing motion work, and 3D/multimedia projects, brand identity design.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Figma, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar.
  • Experience designing for web, mobile, and emerging platforms (AR/VR, interactive installations, etc.).
  • Understanding of creative workflows in a tech-driven environment.
  • Basic skills in UI design and component-based interfaces.
  • Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Luxury / fashion / beauty / cosmetics experience a plus.
  • Bonus if you have experience with real-time rendering tools, Unity/Unreal Engine, or WebGL frameworks.
