The role of a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Integrated Multicultural Counseling is a fully remote position, providing flexibility in your work setting without sacrificing the collaborative culture of our team. • Design personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations and best practices, ensuring our therapeutic progress is well-recorded and transparent.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in case consultations and peer reviews to foster continuous improvement in therapeutic strategies and treatment modalities.
• Offer education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, effective treatments, and available community support.

Your client focus will encompass a wide variety of individuals, including adults coping with trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. • Active licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida is required.
