• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, laying the foundation for tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include specific goals, intervention strategies, and ongoing progress evaluations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that clients receive coordinated and holistic care.
• Facilitate support groups and therapeutic sessions, while also offering psychoeducation classes to educate clients and their families on mental health topics.
• Assist clients with crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans based on individualized needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation that adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of client information.
