We have a fast moving role with an insurance giant for which rhey need a React/AEM Developer. React AND AEM are both equally important.

LOCATION: Remote, but will also consider candidates local to NJ or MN.
TOP REQUIREMENTS: Strong AngularJS, ReactJS; AEM)
The Responsibilities
โ€ข Design, code, debug and assist with QA on existing bugs and new product enhancements for the enterprise application.
โ€ข Produce reusable and maintainable solutions that are highly performant and maintain rigorous security standards.
โ€ข Lead development efforts on large epic initiatives and complex 3rd party integrations.
โ€ข Participate in code reviews, team training and mentorship of junior and mid-level developers.
โ€ข Assisting QA and DevOps in QA efforts and maintenance of the development environments.
โ€ข Actively assist in production troubleshooting and problem isolation/resolution.
Required Skills
โ€ข 7+ years software development/software engineering experience.
โ€ข Significant experience with Java, AngularJS, ReactJS languages
โ€ข Experience with architecting and developing microapps
โ€ข Experience with AEM, AWS, SQL and enterprise application scaling
โ€ข High level of comfort in the Scrum methodology and prefers to actively participate in the ceremonies.
โ€ข Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GIT and Gitflow
โ€ข Team oriented individual that prefers collaboration and a focus on the success of the team.
โ€ข Organization oriented in having a comfort level with interacting and collaborating with non-technical departments on solutions that are best for the organization. Additional Skills
โ€ข Java experience is a plus
