The successful candidate will work in a fully remote setting from anywhere in Spokane, Washington, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and groups, facilitating discussions that promote understanding and healing.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, reassessing strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members—including psychologists, psychiatrists, and nurse practitioners—to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records through our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering strictly to HIPAA guidelines.
• Utilize diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients' conditions, ensuring accurate and effective interventions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress and share insights that contribute to improved treatment outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, often exacerbated by significant life transitions or chronic stressors. We serve a diverse population that includes adults of varying backgrounds, many of whom may also be navigating other mental health challenges. Our aim is to provide a safe and validating environment where clients can express themselves openly and find the support they need.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably in a mental health or related setting.
• Proficiency in conducting clinical assessments and developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• A commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practices in all aspects of clinical work.

• Experience in providing virtual therapy or telehealth services, with a familiarity with relevant tools and platforms.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
